He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Ilorin. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and also a certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) with over 10 years’ experience in Microfinance banking. Prior to joining Addosser Microfinance Bank, he has worked in FirstCall Group (Savings and Loans) as a Relationship Officer. He joined Addosser Microfinance Bank in 2009 as a Relationship Officer and rose through the ranks to become the Head, Retail & Micro Enterprises Group in February 2018.

He is a multiple recipient of the outstanding staff of the year award. He has attended several trainings within and outside the bank on Risk Assets generation, Operations, Leadership, Customer service and Loan Portfolio Management.

Mr Lookman is currently the Head, SME Group. Before assuming his current role, Mr Agbetoba has worked in various capacities in the bank.

Mr Adebisi holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Ilorin. He has over 10 years working experience both in Investment and Credit Risk Management that spans institutions such as AIMS Assets Management Ltd.

Ayodamola Andah is a Human Resources Professional with diverse financial services experiences in HR Operations, Succession Planning, Performance and Talent Management.

His previous experience prior to joining Addosser Microfinance bank covers tax audit, forensic audit & investigation in banking. He worked with institutions such as Tosin Fadare & Co, (Chartered Accountants), Integrated MFB. He joined the bank as an audit supervisor before assuming his current position.

Mr Joseph started his career as an Accounting Teacher & School Burser at Immaculate College, Maiduguri before joining Advans Nigeria as a Client Officer(loan officer). He later joined HR department of Advans Nigeria as a Training Officer where he rose through the ranks to become the Head of Learning and Development of Advans Nigeria.

OLUWASEUN ADEKANBI holds a Bachelor degree from Tai Solarin University of Education with an award as the best graduating student of Economics department. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM).
