Mr Joseph started his career as an Accounting Teacher & School Burser at Immaculate College, Maiduguri before joining Advans Nigeria as a Client Officer(loan officer). He later joined HR department of Advans Nigeria as a Training Officer where he rose through the ranks to become the Head of Learning and Development of Advans Nigeria.

OLUWASEUN ADEKANBI holds a Bachelor degree from Tai Solarin University of Education with an award as the best graduating student of Economics department. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM).

He has over 10 years banking experience serving in different managerial capacities that cuts across functions as a business oriented IT professional.

Omolara holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting. She has over 13 years’ experience spanning Marketing, Customer service, Banking Operations, Credit and Risk Management in companies such as Clique Nigeria, United Bank for Africa (UBA).

She joined Addosser microfinance bank in 2008 as a pioneer staff. She has worked as Head Customer Service Unit, Head banking Operations, Credit Analyst, Head, Credit Admin Unit, Head Credit and risk management Department before assuming her present position as the Head Quality Assurance Department of the Bank.

She is a member of the Charted Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Certified Microfinance banker (MCIB) and also a fellow of Association of National  Accountant of Nigeria.
