Mr Oluwaseun holds a Bachelor degree from Tai Solarin University of Education with an award as the best graduating student of Economics department. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM).

Cumulatively, He has over Nine (9) years’ professional experience, spanning training, market research, insurance, internal audit, investment/microfinance banking with reputable institutions which include Cornerstone Insurance Plc., Intercontinental Life Assurance Plc., AB Microfinance Bank Ltd etc.

His microfinance banking career began with AB Microfinance Bank limited in year 2011 where he worked at different capacities including banking services and credit operation both in micro and SME lending segments, prior to joining Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited in January 2016, as a Team lead in the Retail & Micro enterprise group.

He is highly result oriented with a strong passion for high performance and his core competence areas include customer relationship management, financial analysis/market analysis, business/product development, credit/risk analysis, MSME financing, portfolio management, and strategy formulation/implementation.

He is currently the Head, strategy of Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited.
