A graduate of Accountancy from University of Maiduguri. Joseph started his career as an Accounting Teacher & School Burser at Immaculate College, Maiduguri before joining Advans Nigeria as a Client Officer(loan officer). He later joined HR department of Advans Nigeria as a Training Officer where he rose through the ranks to become the Head of Learning and Development of Advans Nigeria. Joseph has very strong knowledge and experience in L&D, Performance Management, Talent Management, Risk Analysis, Credit Methodology, Staff Profiling, Recruitment and Staff Compensation Management.

He is also a member of several professional bodies such as Enterprise Risk Management Association of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is a certified Trainer by ITF Nigeria and ATC (Paris).
