Addosser MFB shows appreciation to customers and staff during Customer service week

 

This first week in October 2020 earmarks the celebration of Customer Service Week worldwide and we are not left out of this event.

This year’s theme “Dream Team” reflects the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to customers at all times. As an institution, we are proud to say that our people are our biggest resource. We have a team that is passionate about what they do, constantly strives for excellence, adapts to change (especially in the face of Covid-19), and values teamwork in ensuring business success and continuity.

We recognize that singling out a single week out of the 52 weeks in a year to put in extraordinary effort towards showing appreciation to our customers and staff would never be enough. However, it is the magnitude of appreciation and encouragement that lead up to this day that counts the most.

To mark this year’s celebration, all branches of the bank were engaged in various activities which made the week-long celebration exciting and memorable. Branches were been colorfully decorated, staff were engaged in a knowledge sharing session titled “Service Leadership: The Imperatives of a Service Culture” among other rewarding activities. 

Customers were also being visited by some top management of the bank and it served as an opportunity to gather customer feedback. As an institution, it is imperative for us to listen to our customers, measure our activities and improve on what needs to be done. Customers were also being presented to different exciting gifts.

Since inception, we dare say that our customers have remained unwavering and have shown loyalty and support in more ways than one. We are grateful for the support and the utmost trust you have placed in us. We assure you of our commitment to serving you better with the help of our formidable team.
