In the spirit of celebrating Christmas and giving back to the community, Addosser hosted its first Christmas Fair for children living in the Sandgrouse community.
As with the Christmas season, Addosser wanted an opportunity to celebrate and spread love with children in their immediate community by creating a warm and memorable Christmas. The Christmas fair which took place on Tuesday, 20th December had in participation over 250 children to enjoy a fun-filled celebration.
Some of the special activities that took place at the event were face painting, quiz competition, dancing competition and of course some goodies and treats. The children also visited Santa Claus who presented them with enticing gifts.
The Group Head, SME Banking Lookman Agbetoba, and the Group Head Retail Banking, Mejedi Emmanuel and other staff were present, it was also an avenue to engage and bond with parents of the children present and other customers away from the day-to-day business as usual.
The idea of making this Christmas special by giving back and putting smiles on the faces of these children was the absolute best Christmas gift for us at Addosser.
As an institution with ‘Engagement’ as one of its social impact initiatives, this reinforces our commitment to engaging with everyone of Addosser’s stakeholders, children included. We are happy that this initiative was able to spur excitement and live up to the spirit of Christmas in the hearts of these kids.
Addosser will continue to show appreciation and build relationships with customers as their partner in progress and also continue to provide initiatives that will benefit our host community.
