Addosser MFB Hosts Customers to its 2022 Customer Forum: Navigating the Current Business Realities.

Some customers of Addosser MFB at the Customer Forum eventAs part of our directive to continuously engage our customers, most importantly to keep them abreast of best business practices as MSMEs and provide them with the necessary resources to thrive, Addosser MFB held its 2022 Customer Forum on 24th November 2022 at the Our Savior’s Hall, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.

The event brought together customers from different regions across Lagos, primarily focusing on recognizing and appreciating their loyalty and support over the years and commending their business growth through the impact of Addosser MfB’s immense initiatives.

The MD/CEO opened the floor with an opening remark pointing to the fact that the Bank has a rich tradition of customers’ engagement. “We not only provide tailored banking and financial services such as Loans, Savings, Transfers, etc. We also partner with our customers to grow their businesses, create wealth and also assist them to understand the dynamics of our operating business environment”.

During the course of the event, we had a Capacity Building Program themed: Navigating the Current Business Realities. This addressed some of the economic challenges the country is facing such as inflation, devaluation of naira, etc and the harsh effects on MSMEs. We shared practical solutions, insights and strategies to our customers so as not only to surmount these challenges but also to help them see and take advantage of the opportunities presented by the current realities and how to position their businesses better in the coming year.

At this grand event, we launched the Bank’s agent banking solution; “MYDORMOT AGENT”, which is aimed at bringing financial services to the doorstep of Nigerians and a giant initiative to providing access to finance to the unbanked. The agent banking initiative will offer free POS terminals that will be issued to agents in diverse locations to support their business growth, encourage entrepreneurship, and financial stability thereby creating sustainable economic development.

Knowing Addosser Microfinance Bank cares about her customers and their well-being, we organized a FREE medical checkup for customers at the event. This covered vital tests such as; Sugar level, blood pressure and general medical consultation.  Also a detailed health presentation was carried out where important health information was taught to customers on how they can improve their well-being.

The event unfolded with a question and answer section where customers shared experiences of how Addosser Microfinance Bank has supported their businesses over the years.
